Hey there. Making sure that the issue is known.
Every couple of minutes UI either goes into “Loading” state or if you are currently using chat - it stops sending responses until it unlags. Refreshing the page doesn’t work - page is indefinitely loading.
Brave on both latest MacOS and Win11.

Can you describe the problem in more detail? Does it occur when there are too many messages in the chat?
It was occurring randomly at ~20:00 - 24:00 (UTC +2) while using the website. Both while agents were running and while just recently opening the website.
I open the website, I run the flow, website stops responding (when you try to change selected chat - chat selection dropdown updates, but the chat itself doesn’t, when you try to go to any other page like Activity or Sandboxes - it stays on the same page with no changes).
Sometimes switching between machines (Mac and Win11) helped, but sometimes both were unresponsive.
I’m guessing as soon as user load went down, the problem disappeared, since I haven’t experienced this issue again while using the service past 01:00 AM today.
I did try to turn on my VPN to see if the issue was tied to my IP address, but it didn’t have any impact.
